Craig Holdener joined Newmark Pearson Commercial in the fall of 2011 following a successful 20-year career in sales management with a leading financial services organization. With an emphasis on relationship management and a hands on approach, he represents tenants throughout the entire lease cycle, from marketing and research, to site selection and initial offer, all the way through to lease negotiations and procurement. Specializing in the leasing of retail commercial real estate Mr. Holdener currently represents 27 shopping centers totaling over 1.4 million square feet in Fresno, Madera, and Tulare counties.
